Ms  excel के बारेमे पिछले tutorial में जाना , इस tutorial में हम जानेंगे Ms excel  के  features के बारेमे | मस एक्सेल features को ms excel element भी कहा जाता है | इस ms excel के tutorial में basic features ( Element) के बारे में जानेंगे जो मस एक्सेल में किसीभी application को बनाने में उपयोग में लिए जाते है | यहाँ पे Ms excel 2010 बताया गया है |

Excel Features में काफी एलिमेंट सामेल है जैसे title bar, ribbon, file button, Quick Access tool bar, Status bar,  Name box, Formula Bar, Zoom Slider, View button, Scroll bar ,etc और भी element है जिसे हम advanced excel में जानेंगे |

Title bar ( टाइटल बार )	Ms excel में सबसे ऊपर title bar  होता है | वहा पे मस ऐक्स्ल फाइल का नाम यानि की वर्तमान में हम जिस work बुक में काम करते है वो बताता है  |   टाइटल बार के left side me Customize  Quick access tool bar और right side में minimize , restore down और window cancel के button है |  Title bar के निचे main menu bar है |
File button (फाइल बटन )	Excel में File button बोहत ही जरुरी है | जिसमे हम excel फाइल को open , save ,save as , close ,print , web publish ,mail ,change file type और भी काफी कुछ कर सकते है |  File button main menu बार में आता है |
Quick Access Tool bar	Ms excel icon के right साइड में Quick access tool बार होता है | जिसमे regular use होने वाले sub element icon button  होते है | जैसे की  save , undo ,redo , quick layout |  इसमें हम किसीभी एलिमेंट हम अपने हिसाबसे ऐड कर सकते है | वो आप customize quick access tool bar पर क्लिक करके ओरभी sub element icon button को add कर सकते है|
The Status Bar	Ms excel की window में सबसे निचे Status bar होता है |  Status bar में Page number , Zoom , Zoom slider ,Row count , max , min को सेलेक्ट करके स्टेटस बार में बता सकते है |  स्टेटस बार customized भी कर सकते है | स्टेटस बार पर right Click करके एक नया Customize Status bar का Menu ओपन होगा वहा से आपको जैसा स्टेटस बार में चाहिए वो सेलेक्ट कर रख सकते हो |
Name  box  \	Excel में Name box की position formula bar की left side में है |   Name box spreadsheet में हमारा position  बताता है | मतलब हमने spreadsheet में कोनसी row के cell और columns के cell में क्लिक किया है वो name box में बताता है |  For Example:  Name box में A22 बता रहा है |  A = वो column है | 22 = वो row number बताता है |  मतलब मेने A column में 22 नंबर की column पे click किया है |
Formula bar	Formula bar की position ms excel में Name box की right side में होती है |     Formula bar में spreadsheet में बनायीं Formula बताता है | जैसे की पहली रौ और कॉलम में 1  लिखा है तो  जब में उस Cell पर क्लिक करूँगा तभी Formula bar में १ 1 दिखेगा |  For example :- mere 1 to  10 column सेल में 1 to 10 number है तो उसका Sum का फार्मूला मेने 11 रौ में बनाया है तो जब में ११ रौ पे क्लिक करूँगा तो फार्मूला बार में उसका Sum का फार्मूला दिखेगा|
Zoom Slider	Zoom Slider का Position excel की window के निचे right side में है |  इसका use spreadsheet को zoom in  और zoom out के लिए होता है | Slider के left side में zoom का percentage भी दीखता है |  जिसकी मददसे हमको zoom करने में सरलता प्राप्त होती है |  Slider के आसपास  zoom in करने के लिए plus का icon है और Zoom out करने के लिए minus का icon है |
View button	View button की position Zoom slider के left साइड में हैं |  इसका उपयोग Work book का layout बदलने के लिए होता है | यहाँ पे  तीन view button है उसमे, Normal view :- जैसे हम एक्सेल ओपन करते है और विंडो ओपन होता है वैसे दीखता है |  Page layout  view :- single page की तरह उसकी फ्रेम दिखती है इसकी वजह से print निकलने में आसानी होती है |  Page Break view :- इसका इस्तेमाल पेज को ब्रेक करने में होता है | यानि के पेज कहा  कहा है | Web layout और आउटलाइन ड्राफ्ट  बनाने में होता है |
Main Menu bar	Ms excel का main feature है main menu bar.  इसका Position title bar के ठीक निचे है | इसमें File button , Home button , Insert button ,Page layout बटन , Formula ,Data ,review  और view जैसे menu है |  इस मेनू में और भी काफी सारे और एलिमेंट है | जो विस्तारसे दूसरे टुटोरिअल में बताया है |

और भी काफी सारे features है Ms excel में | वो Tutorial आगे के tutorial सीरीज में देखेंगे |
